Initialize the student club management database with the following tables:
- major - Academic majors of club members
- zip_code - Geographic information
- member - Club member information
- event - Club events and activities
- attendance - Event attendance records
- income - Club income and funding sources
- budget - Budget allocations for events
- expense - Expense records for club activities
